By accessing, using, downloading, viewing this website, or any of its services, products, programs, resources, or Content (defined below), (collectively, the “Site”), you hereby consent and agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (please see here) (collectively, the “Terms”) govern your use of the Site, and other free materials and resources provided by the Site, and any other services or products we make available on this Site (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made by and between Social Curation and the user of this Site (personally and, if applicable, on behalf of the entity for whom you are using the Site; collectively, “you”).

If you access any Social Curation Site or Platform on a social media or payment processing network (such as, without limitation, Stripe, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Pinterest), you also consent to and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of that social media network.
TERMS
The user agrees to allow Social Curation Collabs, LLC to take a 10% commission of all bookings through the mobile app Social Curation Collabs.
User agrees to allow Social Curation Collabs, LLC to use images produced through partnerships facilitated by the app/business in Email, Social, and Print for Marketing.
User agrees to not pursue Social Curation Collabs, LLC clients/users outside the application.
User agrees to remove themselves from the app/as a "photographer", or request account deactivation via info@socialcuration.studio if I do not agree with these terms. Choosing to use the app automatically binds you to these terms, our terms & conditions, privacy policy, and end-user agreement.
